However, when transformed, Volt's demeanor also seems to change entirely. But at the end of the day, he can admit when he’s wrong and make things right.
The hot-headed leader may sometimes speak before he thinks and unintentionally hurt a teammate's feelings by teasing or insulting them. He often manages to get on the nerves of even his own teammates. He is often shown as arrogant and provocative throughout the episodes sometimes even annoying, demonstrated by each time he proudly teases his enemies, opponents, or even friends. Volt has a fun, playful attitude, and is often the naughty prankster in the team. He wears a white sweater with blue collar and sleeves over a yellow shirt, dark blue jeans, and blue & white sneakers. In human form, Volt has spiky royal-blue hair with a pair of squirrel ears knitted from a portion of his hair. His suit was once again a bright, cerulean blue. Volt's face is outlined with white and three claw marks are scratched across his chest. His visor is now a deep blue instead of black. His armor is lined with white trimmings and his visor and mouthpiece was once more adjusted. In Super Dino Power, Volt's figure is once again smaller. The circular gem on his chest originally was replaced by a diamond shape. The shape of his face, helmet decorations, visor and mouthpiece had also been adjusted. The leather under his armor was no longer black, but a shade of dark blue. His blue battle had a grayish tint to it, with design containing more elaboration with white details. In Miniforce X, Volt had a taller and more realistic figure. He has a black visor with a rectangular white mouthpiece and a pair of small, pointed squirrel ears atop his helmet.
Volt wears a blue belt with a metal squirrel design around his waist and decorative squirrel features on his forehead. Beneath the armor he wears a black leather suit with fluorescent aqua lines running down his limbs. In Miniforce, when transformed, Volt is the same height as the rest of the Miniforce Agents with blue chest armor, helmet, metal clad arms & boots. He also has a white stripe on his bushy tail. Volt is a squirrel with pale-blue fur, midnight-blue eyes, white underbelly fur and a white lightning bolt on his forehead. He was appointed as the leader of the special team by Commander Chen. Just like Sammy, Lucy, and Max, Volt was a graduated A student at the Miniforce training academy and had duty over his own guarded village until he was gathered into a member of the main team in ' Miniforce: New Heroes Rise'.
